What was done?
The building was put back after damage covered by an insurance claim. The work took in re-plastering, new doors, two new kitchens, new flooring and painting. The photos of the finished building show the entrance and corridors, the office rooms, both kitchens, the washrooms and a meeting room.
How does an insurance repair on an office run?
In the same order as on a house: the building is made safe, the scope is agreed with the insurer or the firm managing the claim, and the damaged finishes come out. Then the walls are re-plastered, the doors, kitchens and flooring go in, and the rooms are painted. The insurance repairs guide explains each step.
Does Brick2Brick UK work on commercial buildings?
Yes: a factory in Wolverhampton, shop refurbishments and dilapidations, pubs for a brewery, and maintenance for clients across the Midlands. See commercial work and insurance work.
