Damaged materials come out first. Once the structure has been checked and made safe, the house is rebuilt from the inside out: walls and ceilings re-boarded and plastered, then doors, kitchens and floors replaced and the whole house decorated. On an insurance job the work follows the scope agreed for the claim. ## What did the owner say? She emailed Liam once the job was finished. Her review, below, describes the weekly updates on progress and timescales, the schedule being kept, and the house at the end compared with the fire-damaged property the team started with. ## Does Brick2Brick UK still take on fire damage? Yes. In May 2026 the team started an insurance job in Coventry for a regular client, a range of repairs after a fire in a neighbouring property, and finished with a new carport.
